The article presents an analysis of the state and trends in the development of the responsible investment market. The analysis reveals a number of features that enable the assessment of the degree of involvement of the business community in the process of making responsible investment decisions. There is a growing dependence of the value of corporate securities on environmental, social and managerial factors in business activities. The research illustrates the changes in terms of increasing the transparency of non-financial information of companies. The problems and directions of the responsible investment market development are identified. The results of the analysis can be used in the process of developing and implementing sustainable development policies in various economic systems.
