Examination of bioadsorbent of Pb(II) ion using immobolized bioadsorbent Aspergillus niger on cellulose acetate
Özcan, F.A.
The effects of pH, flow rate, ionic strength and biomass concentration on the bioadsorption of Pb (II) ion were investigated by using Aspergillus niger immobilized on cellulose acetate. The best conditions determined for bioadsorption have been 4,2 pH; 0,28 mL/min flow rate; and 0,025 g/L, 0,05 g/L and 0,15 g/L biomass concentrations. At three biomass concentrations, 100% bioadsorption has been obtained. It has been determined that ionic strength did not affect the bioadsorption.
