Цифровая трансформация аграрного сектора Беларуси / Digital transformation of the agrarian sector in Belarus

The article discusses the key aspects of the development of the digital economy in the agroindustrial sector. The following methods were used in the course of the study: expert assessments, a systemic method, graphical method, comparative analysis. The main problems hindering digital transformation in agriculture in Belarus are highlighted, the most promising directions for the development of digitalization in agricultural organizations of the republic of Belarus are presented. The main reason for the underutilization of information technologies in the agroindustrial sector of Belarus is, first of all, its insufficient state support. Another objective reason for the low level of the digitalization of the agroindustrial sector is the low starting level of the use of information and communication technologies in this area. The main directions of the digital transformation of agriculture and scientific and technological development in this area are presented: "Digital technologies in the management of the agroindustrial sector", "Smart field" (precision farming), "Smart garden", "Smart greenhouse", "Smart farm", based on modern competitive domestic technologies, methods, algorithms. /В статье рассмотрены ключевые аспекты развития цифровой экономики в аграрном секторе. В статье применялись методы экспертных оценок, системный, графический, сравнительного анализа. Выделены основные проблемы, сдерживающие цифровую трансформацию в сельском хозяйстве Беларуси, показаны наиболее перспективные направления развития цифровизации в сельскохозяйственных организациях республики. Основной причиной недоиспользования информационных технологий в аграрном секторе Беларуси в первую очередь является его недостаточная государственная поддержка. Другой объективной причиной низкого уровня цифровизации агропромышленного комплекса является невысокий стартовый уровень применения информационно-коммуникационных технологий в данной сфере. Представлены основные направления цифровой трансформации сельского хозяйства и научно-технологического развития в данной области: «Цифровые технологии в управлении АПК», «Умное поле» (точное земледелие), «Умный сад», «Умная теплица», «Умная ферма», основанные на современных конкурентоспособных отечественных технологиях, методах, алгоритмах.
