Методология оценки финансовой устойчивости сельскохозяйственных организаций / Methodology for assessing the financial stability of agricultural organizations

The article considers the essence of the financial stability of agricultural organizations, analyzes the approaches to the formation of criteria and defines methods of its assessment. The actual state of the financial stability of agricultural organizations, its indicators, as well as the factors that influence it are studied. According to the author of the article, the methodological basis for determining the financial stability should be a systematic approach that takes into account the impact of various factors and specific production conditions. In this case, profit should be the main criterion. In addition, to measure the dynamics of the degree of the stability, it is proposed to use the oscillation and stability coefficients, as well as the stability index. The given indicators can be recommended for the analysis of the financial stability of agricultural organizations, the purpose of which is to ensure the growth of the efficiency of agricultural production. /В статье рассмотрена сущность финансовой устойчивости сельскохозяйственных организаций, проанализированы подходы к формированию критериев и определены методы ее оценки. Исследовано фактическое состояние финансовой устойчивости аграрных предприятий, ее показатели, а также факторы, оказывающие на нее влияние. По мнению автора статьи, методической основой определения финансовой устойчивости должен быть системный подход, учитывающий воздействие различных факторов и конкретные условия производства. При этом основным критерием должна выступать прибыль. Кроме того, для измерения динамики степени устойчивости предлагается использовать коэффициенты колеблемости и устойчивости, а также индекс устойчивости. Приведенные показатели могут быть рекомендованы для анализа финансовой стабильности сельскохозяйственных организаций, целью которого является обеспечение роста эффективности аграрного производства.
