French. Ce papier analyse l'effet des politiques régionales européennes successives en estimant un modèle économétrique de convergence conditionnelle. Selon ce modèle, la convergence conditionnelle est affectée à la fois par les politiques appliquées et par la structure économique régionale, que nous appréhendons au travers des quotients d'emploi sectoriel. Le modèle de convergence est spécifié sur un panel dynamique couvrant la période 1980-2005 pour 198 régions (NUTS2) de l'Europe des 15. Les estimateurs de beta-convergence et ceux décrivant la structure économique régionale, sont obtenus par moments généralisés.
