La réglementation relative aux prescriptions techniques applicables aux installations d’assainissement non collectif a évolué en 2007 ; elle introduit la possibilité d’installer des filières d’épuration agréés ; elle définit les modalités d’obtention de cet agrément par un protocole dont la durée est fonction des tests préalablement réalisés lors d’un marquage CE. Cette évolution conduit à l’apparition sur le territoire français, de nombreux produits, dénommés " micro stations ". Cette note réalise un focus des principales évolutions puis fournit un tableau de classification de ces filières basée sur les processus d’épuration très largement utilisés dans le domaine de l’assainissement collectif. / The regulation relative to technical requirements applicable to on-site treatment evolved in 2007. It introduced the possibility of implementing new types of approved wastewater treatment plant. It also described guidelines to get new treatment plant approved. Experimental tests have to be carried out which duration depends on tests carried out beforehand during a EC marking. This regulatory evolution has led to the appearance on the French territory of numerous new products, called "micro-wastewater treatment plant”. The present note first provides a focus of the main regulatory evolutions and then proposes a classification of the recently introduced wastewater treatment plants.
