The State’s role in the development of the agricultural sector and regulation of its financial and economic problems is a subject of different views, but the main factor that could contribute to the overcoming the current crisis in the agricultural sector is that the reforms to be carried out in the sector are properly and precisely implemented, the finances allocated are reasonably spent and necessary foreign investments are attracted.
