The article presents materials characterizing the properties and agricultural features, as well as soil productivity, depending on the degree of erosion in mountain agricultural regions of the Republic of Armenia. It was found that with an increase in the degree of erodirodation, soil and, accordingly, growth conditions of cultivated plants worsen. Profit is significantly reduced, and the cost of 1 centner of grain compared with non-eroded soil increases by about 3 times.
