Exploitable reserves of the groundwater from the Republic of Moldova

In the frame of the Republic of Moldova groundwater safe yield have been estimated by diff erent specialists in hydrogeology for 1962, 1972, 2001, 2013 years. A statistical uncertainty is characteristic for determination of the volume of potable groundwater within the hydrodinamicaly active zone. The diff erence between safe yield calculus is dependent on the degree of hydrogeological exploration. At present the country uses minimal volume of groundwater, which comply with the period of 1955–1960 years. In the same time regeneration of groundwater resources take place.
