In these studies, 10 winter wheat genotypes were analyzed during twogrowing seasons (2012/2013, 2013/2014). The experimental part of the trial wasconducted on Centre for Small Grains in Kragujevac. There were analyzed some ofthe most important technological qualities traits: sedimentation value and wetgluten content. According to our results, the period of heading and grain fillingcharacterized by lower air temperatures and extremely high rainfall, whichnegatively affected the grain quality of wheat. On average, all genotypes achieved alower protein sedimentation value and wet gluten content in 2013/2014.compared to 2012/2013 year.
