Перспектива использования бактериальных препаратов против семенной инфекции нута | The prospect of using bacterial preparations against seed chickpea infection

Russian. Цель исследований – проанализировать эффективность использования биологических препаратов, полученных на основе бактериальных штаммов, против семенной инфекции нута, сформировавшейся в условиях Республики Башкортостан. В работе использовали семена сорта Приво 1 урожаев 2016–2017 гг. Объектами исследований служили штаммы Pseudomonas koreensis ИБ-4 (ВКМ В-2830D) и Paenibacillus ehimensis IB 739 (ВКМ B-2680D). Провели фитоэкспертизу 15 партий семян нута местной репродукции. Анализ зараженности проводили в чашках Петри с агаризованными средами. Идентификацию грибов осуществляли по форме органов споруляции с использованием определительных ключей, бактериальных штаммов – на основании анализа нуклеотидных последовательностей генов 16SрРНК. В вегетационном опыте в качестве биологических препаратов для обработки семян применяли водные суспензии штаммов ризобактерий. На семенах нута преобладали представители родов Penicillium (56,3%) и Aspergillus (31,7%), в меньшей степени присутствовали Mucor (20,5%), Alternaria (18,8%), Cladosporium (12,1%). Заражение грибами рода Fusarium (8,4%) незначительно превышало экономический порог вредоносности. Среди бактериальных штаммов, обнаруженных на семенах, преобладали микроорганизмы родов Bacillus и Paenibacillus (B. atrophaeus, B. pumilus, B. siamensis, B. velezensis, Paenibacillus jamilae, P. peoriae). В опытах invitro штаммы P. koreensis ИБ-4 и P. ehimensis IB 739 подавляли развитие грибной и бактериальной флоры, присутствующей на семенах. Их использование для предпосевной бактеризации семян способствовало увеличению длины побегов на 13,2…19,2%, корней – на 9,8…19,6%. В результате применения биопрепаратов развитие корневой гнили на растениях уменьшалось по сравнению с контролем в 1,5 раза, гибель проростков снижалась на 8,0…12,0%.

The purpose of the research was to analyze the efficiency of application of biological preparations obtained on the basis of bacterial strains against seed infection of chickpea formed under conditions of the Republic of Bashkortostan. In this work, we used seeds of 'Privo 1' variety, grown in 2016–2017. The objects of study were strains of Pseudomonas koreensis IB-4 (VKM V-2830D) and Paenibacillus ehimensis IB 739 (VKM V-2680D). We carried out a phyto-examination of 15 lots of chickpea seeds of local reproduction. Infection analysis was performed in Petri dishes with agar media. Fungi were identified by the shape of sporulation organs using identification keys, bacterial strains were identified based on the analysis of nucleotide sequences of 16SrRNA genes. In the vegetation experiment, aqueous suspensions of rhizobacteria strains were used as biological preparations for seed treatment. Representatives of the genera Penicillium (56.3%) and Aspergillus (31.7%) predominated on chickpea seeds, and Mucor (20.5%), Alternaria (18.8%), and Cladosporium (12.1%) were present in the less extent. Infection with fungi of the genus Fusarium (8.4%) slightly exceeded the economic threshold of harmfulness. Among the bacterial strains found on the seeds, the microorganisms of the genera Bacillus and Paenibacillus (Bacillus atrophaeus, B. pumilus, B. siamensis, B. velezensis, Paenibacillus jamilae, P. peoriae) prevailed. In in vitro experiments, P. koreensis IB-4 and P. ehimensis IB 739 strains inhibited the development of fungal and bacterial flora present on seeds. Their use for presowingbacterization of seeds contributed to an increase in shoot length by 13.2–19.2%, root length – by 9.8–19.6%. As a result of the use of biological preparations, the development of root rot on plants decreased, compared with the control, 1.5 times, the death of seedlings decreased by 8.0–12.0%.
