Relationship between the development of internal organs in young sheep and biochemical parameters of blood serum | Взаимосвязь между развитием внутренних органов у молодняка овец и биохимическими показателями сыворотки крови

Russian. As known, drugs in the liposomal form can ensure selective deliver of vital compounds to tissues in optimal concentrations. There is the prospect of mutton production increasing in the Republic of Crimea. The use of antioxidants in liposomal form is one of the methods of producing ecologically safe products. The research purpose is to study the results of the influence of biochemical parameters of blood serum in Tsigai sheep on the formation of internal organs when taking antioxidants with the inclusion of iodine. The control group of young animal (rams) (n=10) was feed with the basic diet (BD). The experimental group (n=10) was feed with the BD with the addition of antioxidants in liposomal form containing organic iodine at the rate of 5 grams per head. The biochemical parameters of blood serum, the development of internal organs of young sheep and the correlation relationship of the obtained indicators were determined. The content in the serum of enzymes associated with liver and pancreatic activity is significantly higher in animals of the experimental group by 11.5-25.1% (p not more than 0.01). The significant increase in the control counterparts in renal metabolic enzymes by 10.7% (p not more than 0.05) was stated. The total thyroxine content in young animals of the experimental group increases by 5.3% (p not more than 0.05). Organs of the gastrointestinal tract were characterized by increased weight. The indicators of relationship between the development of internal organs and the content of serum enzymes enhance between hepatic and renal enzymes in relation with the development of digestive organs in young animals of experimental groups./Как известно, препараты в липосомальной форме обеспечивают селективную доставку витальных составов в ткани в оптимальных концентрациях. В Республике Крым имеется перспектива наращивания производства баранины. Использование антиоксидантов в липосомальной форме – один из способов получения экологически безопасной продукции. Цель исследования - изучить результаты влияния биохимических показателей сыворотки крови у молодняка овец цигайской породы на формирование внутренних органов на фоне приема антиоксидантов с включением йода. Контрольная группа баранчиков (n=10) получала основной рацион (ОР), а опытная (n=10) - ОР с добавлением антиоксидантов в липосомальной форме с содержанием органического йода из расчета 5 г/гол. Определяли биохимические показатели сыворотки крови, развитие внутренних органов молодняка овец и корреляционную взаимосвязь полученных показателей. Установлено, что содержание в сыворотке крови ферментов, связанные с деятельностью печени и поджелудочной железы, достоверное выше у животных опытной группы на 11,5-25,1% (р не более 0,01). Отмечены достоверное превышение контрольных аналогов по ферментам, участвующим в почечном обмене, на 10,7% (р не более 0,05). У молодняка опытной группы повышается содержание тироксина общего на 5,3% (р не более 0,05). Органы желудочно-кишечного тракта характеризуются повышенной массой. Показатели сопряженности между развитием внутренних органов и содержанием ферментов в сыворотки крови увеличиваются между печеночными и почечными ферментами в связи с развитием органов пищеварения у молодняка опытных групп.
