Хемотипическое разнообразие эфирного масла видов и культиваров рода Perovskia Kar. в условиях Южного берега Крыма | Chemotypic diversity of essential oil of species and cultivars of Perovskia Kar. genus under conditions of the Southern Coast of Crimea

Russian. Цель исследования – выявить хемотипическое разнообразие видов и культиваров рода Perovskia, произрастающих в коллекции лекарственных и ароматических растений Никитского ботанического сада (НБС), по компонентному составу эфирного масла, для определения перспективных направлений их использования в парфюмерии и фармакологии. Объекты исследований – два вида (Perovskia atriplicifolia Benth., P. scrophulariifolia Bunge) и один культивар (P. x hybrida Hort cv. Blue Gaz) рода Perovskia. Эксперименты выполняли в 2012–2019 гг. на Южном берегу Крыма. Массовую долю эфирного масла измеряли в свежем сырье трех-шестилетних растений методом гидродистилляции на аппаратах Гинзберга. Компонентный состав эфирных масел определяли с использованием аппаратно-программного комплекса на базе хроматографа "Хроматэк-Кристалл 5000.2", оснащённого масс-спектрометрическим детектором. В условиях интродукции в НБС объекты исследования проходят все фазы развития, отличаются высокой декоративностью и высоким содержанием в надземной массе эфирного масла: P. atriplicifolia – 0,38…0,53%, P. scrophulariifolia – 0,3…0,43% и P. x hybrida cv. Blue Gaz. – 0,30…0,46%. Доминирующие компоненты эфирного масла P. scrophulariifolia – линалил ацетат (32,62%) и линалоол (11,46%), P. x hybrida cv. Blue Gaz – 1,8-цинеол (20,38%), и камфора (24,70%). P. atriplicifolia представлена двумя образцами разных хемотипов: у образца № 1 мажорными компонентами эфирного масла оказались камфора (21,19%) и 1,8-цинеол (20,10%), у № 2 – эндоборнеол (29,28%) и 1,8-цинеол (16,17%). В биохимическом составе изучаемых масел превалируют терпеноиды: спирты, эфиры и кетоны. В условиях юга Крыма изучаемые виды представлены новыми, по сравнению с мировыми, хемотипами: P. atriplicifolia – камфорно-цинеольным и эндоборнеольно-цинеольным; P. scrophulariifolia – линалил ацетатно-линалоольным. В надземной массе P. x hybrida cv. Blue Gaz синтезируется эфирное масло цинеольно-камфорного хемотипа.

The research aimed to identify the chemotypic diversity of species and cultivars of Perovskia genus growing in the collection of medicinal and aromatic plants of the Nikitsky Botanical Garden, according to the component composition of essential oil, to determine promising directions of their use in perfumery and pharmacology. The objects of the research were two species (Perovskia atriplicifolia Benth., P. scrophulariifolia Bunge) and one cultivar (P. x hybrida Hort cv. Blue Gaz) of Perovskia genus. The studies were carried out in 2012–2019 on the South Coast of Crimea. The mass fraction of essential oil was determined in fresh raw material of three- to six-year-old plants by hydrodistillation using Ginsberg apparatus. The component composition of essential oils was determined using a hardware-software complex based on a chromatograph "Chromatek-Kristall 5000.2" equipped with a mass spectrometric detector. Under the conditions of introduction in the Nikitsky Botanical Garden, the objects of study go through all phases of development, they are characteeized by high decorativeness and a significant content of essential oil in the aerial part: P. atriplicifolia – 0.38–0.53%, P. scrophulariifolia – 0.3–0.43%, and P. x hybrida cv. Blue Gaz – 0.3–0.46%. The dominant components of P. scrophulariifolia essential oil are linalil acetate (32.62%) and linalool (11.46%), of P. x hybrida cv. Blue Gaz – 1,8-cineole (20.38%), and camphor (24.7%). P. atriplicifolia are represented by two samples of different chemotypes. In sample No. 1 the major components are camphor (21.19%) and 1,8-cineole (20.1%); in sample No. 2 - endoborneol (29.28%) and 1.8- cineole (16.17%). The biochemical composition of the studied oils shows dominating terpenoids: alcohols, ethers and ketones. Under conditions of the South Coast of Crimea, the studied species are represented by new chemotypes, compared to the world samples: camphor-cineole and endoborneole-cineole (P. atriplicifolia) and linalyl acetate-linalool (P. scrophulariifolia). In the aerial part of P. x hybrida cv. Blue Gaz essential oil of the cineolecamphor chemotype is synthesized.
