Влияние гуминово-фульватного комплекса на рост, развитие и качество продукции базилика (Ocimum basilicum L.) | Influence of the humic-fulvate complex on growth, development and quality of basil production (Ocimum basilicum L.)

Russian. Изучено влияние гуминово-фульватного комплекса (ГФК) на рост и развитие растений базилика (Ocimum basilicum L.), накопление в зеленой массе эфирного масла. Исследования проведены в Московской обл. на полях опытной станции Российского государственного аграрного университета – МСХА имени К.А. Тимирязева в 2017-2018 гг. Почва дерново-подзолистая с содержанием гумуса 2,2%, азота общего 35,7 мг/кг, Р2О5 235 мг/кг, калия 180 мг/кг, рН водной вытяжки 6,0. Растения обрабатывали ГФК, полученным из сухой гумифицированной льняной костры замачиванием в 0,1 М растворе гидроксида калия в течение 2 ч при t 85-90 град С. После очистки препарата по данным химического анализа содержание гуминовых кислот составило 80-82%, фульвокислот – 13‒15%, содержание калия в пересчете на К2О – 4-5%. ГФК применяли путем двукратного опрыскивания растений, первый раз - в фазу проростков, повторно – через 3 дня. Использовали 15%-ный раствор ГФК, обработку проводили из расчета 3, 6, 9 л/га или 450, 900 и 1350 г/га по действующему веществу. Расход рабочего раствора составил 300 л/га. Применение ГФК улучшало динамику роста и развития растений базилика.В среднем за 2 года содержание эфирного масла в листьях составляло 1,1-1,2%, сырой вес достигал 0,9-1,1 кг/м2, сухой вес - 250-280 г/м2. Рекомендуется проводить некорневую обработку растений базилика ГФК из расчета 900 г/га для повышения содержания эфирных масел в сырье.

English. Studied was the influence of the humic-fulvate complex (HFC) on the growth and development of basil plants (Ocimum basilicum L.), and the accumulation of essential oil in the green mass. The investigations were conducted in the Moscow region in the fields of the experiment station of the Russian State Agrarian University – the Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K. A. Timiryazev in 2017-2018. The soil of the experimental plot was sod-podzolic, the humus content was 2.2%, total nitrogen 35.7 mg/kg, P2O5 – 235 mg/kg, potassium 180 mg/kg, pH of the aqueous extract 6.0. The plants were treated with HFC, produced from a dry humified flax waste by soaking in a 0.1 M potassium hydroxide solution for 2 h at t of 85-90 deg C. According to chemical analysis after purification of the preparation the content of humic acids was 80-82%, fulvic acids – 13-15%, potassium content per K2O – 4-5%. The HFC was used by spraying the plants 2 times, the first time in the seedling phase and for a second time –3 days after. A 15% solution of HFC was used. The treatment was carried out at the rate of 3, 6, 9 l/ha or 450, 900 and 1350 g/ha for the active substance (HFC). The flow rate of the working solution was 300 l/ha. The use of the HFC improved the dynamics of growth and development of basil plants. On average for 2 years the content of essential oil in leaves was 1.1-1.2%, green weight - 0.9-1.1 kg/m2, dry weight – 250- 280 g/m2. Foliar treatment of basil plants is recommended to be carried out with HFC in a dose of 900 g/ha to increase the content of essential oils in feedstock.
