Влияние применения некорневых подкормок на симбиотическую деятельность и продуктивность сои северного экотипа | Effect of topdressing on the symbiotic activity and productivity of soybean of northern ecotype

English. In recent years, Russia has been experiencing a large-scale expansion of soybean acreage. Thanks to the efforts of scientists to create varieties of northern ecotype, this valuable crop can be cultivated in areas up to 56 deg. NL. For the successful introduction of soybean to new areas of cultivation, it is necessary to carry out measures that contribute to the adaptation of the crop to local soil and climatic conditions. More and more attention is drawn to natural bioregulators, which include the biological product Floravit. There are presented the results of research conducted in 2015–2017 by the Plant Growing Laboratory of Russiаn Timiryаzev Stаte Аgrаriаn University in order to determine the optimal concentration of the Floravit biological product for the treatment of vegetative soybean plants (Kasatka variety), to evaluate the components of the crop structure, seed yield and protein collection per unit area. Treatment with the biological product was performed once with an aqueous solution in three concentrations: 0.4–0.5%, 0.5–0.6%, and 0.6–0.7%, the consumption of the tank mixture is 250–300 L/ha (control variant is without treatment). At the end of the growing season, the productivity of soybean plants was taken into account on different processing variants. The indicators of the crop structure (number of fruits and seeds per plant in terms of per unit area, thousand-seed weight, yield of seeds), as well as the protein content in seeds and its harvesting per hectare were evaluated. It has been found that the use of Floravit as foliar fertilizing of vegetative soybean plants in the R1 Beginning of flowering phase increases crop yield by an average of 50.2%, the protein content in seeds by 13.3% and the protein collection per hectare by 70.2%. The increase in the yield and quality of soybean grain is due to the activation of the symbiotic activity of plants, greater resistance to the stressful conditions of the growing season and the stimulation of biochemical processes in the formation of generative organs.

Russian. В последние годы в России происходит масштабное расширение площадей посевов сои. Благодаря усилиям учёных по созданию сортов северного экотипа, эта ценная культура может возделываться на территориях до 56 градусов с. ш. Для успешной интродукции сои в новые районы возделывания необходимо проводить мероприятия, которые способствуют адаптации культуры к местным почвенно-климатическим условиям. Всё большее внимание привлекают природные биорегуляторы, к которым относится биопрепарат Флоравит. Представлены результаты исследований, проведённых в 2015–2017 гг. в Лаборатории растениеводства РГАУ–МСХА имени К.А. Тимирязева с целью определения оптимальной концентрации биопрепарата Флоравит для обработки вегетирующих растений сои (сорт Касатка), оценки компонентов структуры урожая, урожайности семян и сбора протеина с единицы площади. Обработка биопрепаратом производилась однократно водным раствором в трёх концентрациях: 0,4–0,5%, 0,5–0,6% и 0,6–0,7%, расход баковой смеси – 250–300 л/га (контрольный вариант – без обработки). В конце вегетационного периода проводился учёт продуктивности растений сои при разных вариантах обработки. Оценивались показатели структуры урожая (число плодов и семян с растения в перерасчёте на единицу площади, масса 1000 семян, урожайность семян), а также содержание белка в семенах и его сбор с гектара. Установлено, что использование в качестве некорневой подкормки вегетирующих растений сои в фазе R1 "Начало цветения" биопрепарата Флоравит повышает урожайность культуры в среднем на 50,2%, содержание белка в семенах − на 13,3% и сбор протеина с гектара − на 70,2%. Повышение урожайности и качества зерна сои обусловлено активизацией симбиотической деятельности растений, большей устойчивостью к стрессовым условиям вегетационного периода и стимуляцией биохимических процессов при формировании генеративных органов.
