Влияние фитопрепарата 'Деприм' на неспецифическую резистентность организма поросят | Influence of the phytopreparation 'Deprim' on nonspecific resistance of piglets' organism

Russian. Цель исследования – изучение эффективности применения различных доз препарата 'Деприм' (в составе – экстракт травы зверобоя продырявленного (Hupericum perforatum L.)) поросятам на протяжении первого-третьего месяцев их выращивания. По принципу пар-аналогов отобраны клинически здоровые поросята-отъемыши крупной белой породы в возрасте 60 сут, переболевшие диспепсией в новорожденном возрасте. Созданы 3 опытные и контрольная группы по 7 голов со статистически не отличающейся средней массой. Использование при кормлении поросят фитопрепарата 'Деприм' двумя курсами в дозе 5; 10 и 15 мг/кг живой массы способствовало позитивному влиянию на неспецифическую резистентность организма, продуктивность и их сохранность. Об этом свидетельствуют определение приростов массы тела и среднесуточных приростов, гематологические и биохимических показатели крови животных. Спустя 10 дней после дачи фитопрепарата у животных 3-й опытной группы масса тела достоверно выросла в 1,06 раза по сравнению с группой контроля (с 15,3±0,18 до 16,3±0,26 кг); спустя 20 дней – прирост в 1,08 раза (с 18,9±0,31 до 20,5±0,47 кг) по сравнению с контрольной группой. У 60-дневных поросят всех опытных групп отмечали достоверный прирост массы тела животных в 1,04; 1,10 и 1,15 раз соответственно. Наибольший прирост наблюдался при дозе фитопрепарата 15 мг/кг массы тела. У поросят 40-суточного возраста содержание гемоглобина увеличилось на 15,6% и к 60-суточному возрасту колебался в пределах 112,4±2,3–114,3±2,6 г/л. У поросят 1-й, 2-й и 3-й опытных групп он был больше на 8,8; 9,7 и 16,8% соответственно. Количество эритроцитов в 40-, 50- и 60-суточном возрасте у поросят 1-й группы было выше на 30,0; 30,6 и 23,5%; 2-й группы – на 40,0; 22,4 и 29,4% и 3-й – на 38,0; 34,7 и 31,4% соответственно.

The aim of research was to study the effectiveness of the use of various doses of the 'Deprim' preparation based on the extract of the St. John's wort (Hupericum perforatum L.) herb to piglets during the first or third months of their rearing. Clinically healthy weaning pigs of a large white breed at the age of 60 days, who had recovered from dyspepsia at a newborn age, were selected according to the principle of analogue pairs. 3 experimental and control groups of 7 animals with no statistically different average weight were created. Use of the phytopreparation 'Deprim' when feeding pigs in two courses at a dose of 5; 10 and 15 mg/kg of live weight contributed to a positive effect on the nonspecific resistance of the organism, productivity and their safety. This is evidenced by the determination of body weight gains and average daily gains, hematological and biochemical parameters of the blood of animals. 10 days after giving the phytopreparation in animals of the 3rd experimental group, the body weight significantly increased by 1.06 times compared with the control group (from 15.3±0.18 to 16.3±0.26 kg); after 20 days – an increase of 1.08 times (from 18.9±0.31 to 20.5±0.47 kg) compared with the control group. In 60-day-old piglets of all experimental groups, a significant gain in body weight of 1.04 was noted; 1.1 and 1.15 times, respectively. The greatest increase was observed with a phytopreparation dose of 15 mg/kg of body weight. In piglets of 40 days of age, the hemoglobin content increased by 15.6% and by the age of 60 days it ranged from 112.4±2.3–114.3±2.6 g/l. In piglets of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd experimental groups, it was 8.8 more; 9.7 and 16.8%, respectively. The number of erythrocytes at 40, 50 and 60 days of age in piglets of the 1st group was higher by 30.0; 30.6 and 23.5%; 2nd group – by 40.0; 22.4 and 29.4% and the third - by 38.0; 34.7 and 31.4%, respectively.
