Перспективный штамм Pseudomonas asplenii 11RW в качестве продуцента для создания биофунгицида | Promising strain Pseudomonas asplenii 11RW as a source for biofungicide development

English. The purpose of the research is to study the Pseudomonas asplenii 11RW strain important for creating a drug on its basis in laboratory and field conditions. More than 350 bacterial strains were isolated from various soils, rhizosphere and plants and the most promising strain with the highest fungicidal activity was selected. The strain was identified as Pseudomonas asplenii and deposited in the Russian Industrial Microorganism Collection (RIMC). There are given the results of analysis of the properties of Pseudomonas asplenii 11RW (RIMC B-13395), including the production of IAA and siderophores, fungicidal and bactericidal activity. The growth-stimulating effect of Pseudomonas asplenii 11RW was shown in the condition of microvegetation experiment on wheat, barley and corn. The seed treatment with a bacterial suspension with a titer of 10000000000 CFU/ml with a flow rate of the drug of 1 l/t has a positive effect on the germination ability, growth and development of plants providing a gain in increase and biomass. The biological efficacy of a biofungicide based on the studied strain was confirmed in a field research carried out in agroclimatic conditions of south western Crimea in grapes plantations, the Merlo variety, against gray mold, and the results were comparable to the action of a chemical fungicide.

Russian. Цель исследования – изучение свойств штамма Pseudomonas asplenii 11RW, важных для создания биопрепарата на его основе, в лабораторных и полевых условиях. Из различных почв, ризосферы и растений выделено более 350 штаммов бактерий и проведен отбор штамма, обладающего максимальной фунгицидной активностью. Штамм был идентифицирован как Pseudomonas asplenii и депонирован в Всероссийской коллекции промышленных микроорганизмов (ВКПМ). Даны результаты изучения свойств Pseudomonas asplenii 11RW (ВКПМ В-13395), включающие продукцию индолил-3-уксусной кислоты и сидерофоров, фунгицидную и бактерицидную активность. Ростостимулирующее действие Pseudomonas asplenii 11RW было показано в условиях микровегетационного эксперимента на пшенице, ячмене и кукурузе в условиях in vitro. Обработка семян бактериальной суспензией с титром 10E9 КОЕ/мл с расходом препарата 1 л/т оказало положительное влияние на всхожесть, рост и развитие растений, обеспечив прибавку роста и биомассы. Биологическая эффективность препарата на основе изучаемого штамма подтверждена в полевом испытании, проведенном в агроклиматических условиях юго-западной зоны Крыма в посадках винограда сорта Мерло, против серой гнили, результаты которого были сопоставимы с действием химического фунгицида.
