The current article features a study of the main fish-farming indicators of sturgeon, morphometric analysis, assessment ofthe development of internal organs, calculation of their indices, and the relationship between the clinical condition of fish. Whenfeeding with high-fat content, the final weight of sturgeon increases by 10.0-23.9%, the fatness coefficient increases by 12.6-31.6 %, feed costs per unit of production decrease by 14.4-28.7 % of young Russko-Lensky sturgeon breed, there is an increasein liver mass indices by 13.9-17.8 %, spleen indices are increased by 13.0 %, and a decrease in intestinal mass indices by 15.4-17.1 %. It is noted that an increase in the percentage of feeding trout causes deterioration of the physiological and behavioralstate of the fish.
