MONITORING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY: IN THE CHECHEN REPUBLIC

The quality of state regional management is determined by the quality of decisions made in strategic planning. Today, it isimpossible to plan the development of regions for a long-term period due to constantly changing external conditions, including"black swans". Therefore, it is important to monitor the implementation of regional development strategies. The articlepresents the results of monitoring the implementation of the development strategy of the Chechen Republic. For an integralassessment of the effectiveness of the strategy implementation, the authors propose using the dynamic standard method. Basedon this method, the authors also introduce a normative and evaluation model and justify the relevance of developing newstrategic goals for the development of the Chechen Republic, for the implementation of which they propose a new target modeland indicators of sustainable development of the region.
