Isparta - Egirdir Lake and its surroundings, which is known as Turkey's biggest fresh water lake, has an important potential in terms of recreational and tourism, owing to the visual and functional properties of multi-faceted. In this context, especially in terms of water sports tourism, it has a national and international location. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of water-sports tourism in Egirdir Lake and its surroundings, to identify trends and user demand and to realize sustainable water sports tourism action plan.The methodology of the study was performed in 4 stages, inventory and survey, analysis of current situation and determining and the goals/objectives, analysis and evaluation, synthesis. SWOT analysis for the analysis of current situation, survey for identifying trends and demand (n:250) were performed. Data obtained from these, sustainable water sports action plan was prepared. The data obtained were analyzed by using SPSS program.As a result, Egirdir Lake in terms of water sports tourism has national and international importance. High demand and trends related to this subject and an action sample plan which was made intended for where and how to do water sports activities strategic management principles and the recommendations were brought.
