Studies on Serological Diagnosis of Paratuberculosis | Paratuberkülosis'in Serolojik Teşhisi Üzerinde Çalışmalar

English. According to the official records of our laboratory, 4376 bloodsera from the animals of State and private · farms were tested bythe method of Micro- coplement fixation test, 317 out of thesesera were alsa tested comparatively by Danish Tube- complementfixation method. By the comparative examination, 299 out of 317 seragave the same results but the ternaining 18 sera were found to bedifferent. So, it could be stated that the rate of corelation betweentwo methods ise 94.3 %. Although two different methods could beused instead of each other, but Micro - complement fixation methodis suggested for screening purpose because it is more practical andwnvenient. The latter, Tube - method, is advised for evaluation ofinfection and ·maximal titre in reactors.

Laboratuvarırnızın resmi kayıtlarına göre, Devlet kurumlarınave halka ait hayvanlardan gönderilen 4376 serum Paratüberkülosisbakırnından Mikro c.f testiyle rnuayeneye tabi tutulmuşolup bu miktarın 317'si ayrıca Tüp- komplernent- fixation testiylemukayese edilmiştir. 317 serumdan 299 serum Mikro ve Tüpkomplement fixation testleriyle aynı neticeyi vermiş 18 serumdan ise ayrı sonuç alınmıştır. Buna göre. iki metod arasındaki uyarlıkuranı % 94.3 dür. Bu nisbet her iki testin lehine kaydedilecek bir husus olmakla beraber, geniş ölçüde - yapılacak taramalarda kolay ve çabuk olmasından dolayı Mikro- metod'un, enfektelerdeki maximal titrenin, enfeksiyon durumunun değerlendirilmesinde deTüp metodunun uygulanmasının faydalı olacağı kanaatına varılmıştır.İstihsal tarzından metinde mufassalan bahsedilmiş olanmezkur antijenden elimizde bir miktar mevcuttur.
