´Bohemica´ and ´Lucasova´ pear trees on Quince MA, Pyrodwarf and BU 2/33 rootstocks were planted in 2007 in a medium fertile loamy soil at RBIP Holovousy, Czech Republic. Trees were planted in randomised split block design with two trees in each of four replications of each rootstock at spacing 5.0 x 1.85 m. Cumulative yield per tree, the weight of one fruit, trunk cross-sectional area, yield efficiency, flower set and a number of suckers were evaluated annually in years 2012–2018. The results showed that Quince rootstock MA was the most yield efficient and Pyrodwarf the least efficient with both varieties. The cumulative yield was about the same with all three rootstocks with ´Lucasova´ variety. Regarding ´Bohemica´ variety, the lowest cumulative yield was observed with Pyrodwarf rootstock. The smallest trees were on Quince rootstock MA. The highest fruits weight was on MA followed by BU 2/33 and Pyrodwarf with both varieties. Pyrodwarf was found to produce the highest number of suckers.
