The volume of the market of environmentally safe food products constitutes dozens of billion dollars. The rates of annual growth of organic production in developing countries makes 20-30%. According to Organic Minitor, turnover of the many markets organic products made Euro 85.5 billion in 2005 and annually grows at high rates. Thus, for example. In 1993 was estimated as USD 15 billion; in 2006, it was assessed at about 30 billion, while the 2017 turnover reached USD 80 billion.
