The samples of the red raspberry cultivars ‘Daiga’, ‘Shahrazada’, ‘Norna’ and ‘Polana’ were collected from the farm ‘Pluģi’ located in Zemgale region of Latvia, at fully ripe stages. The aim of the current research was to investigate and determine the chemical composition and morphological parameters of raspberry fruits. The research results showed significant differences in all chemical and physical characteristics as well as in morphology properties (P is less than 0.05) between cultivars. The highest level of total flavonoid content was found in raspberry cultivar ‘Daiga’ 475.00 ± 4.21 mg quercetin equivalent (QE) 100 gE−1, while the lowest was determined in ‘Polana’ 411.36 ± 2.68 quercetin equivalent (QE) 100 gE−1. Raspberry cultivar ‘Shahrazada’ contained the largest amount of total phenolic content 148.87 ± 2.24 mg gallic acid equivalent (GAE) 100gE−1, ‘Polana’ 111.96 ± 5.37 mg gallic acid equivalent (GAE) 100gE−1 contained the lowest.
