The protection of the right to land is a problem that arose at the same time as the emergence of law as a social category. Today, the world society recognizes the process of protecting the right to land as a social, economic, ecological necessity.The registration of land rights, as part of the cadastre, is a broad process, integrated into the current social and economic development of all countries, a priority of the EU.The main purpose of the mentioned registration process is the protection of the right over the land, over the real estate. The need to protect the law on the ground is recognized as a priority factor in the development of society as a whole.
