Influența iluminatului public stradal asupra siguranței traficului rutier

As the fleet of vehicles grows, the number of road accidents (road accidents) increases. Accidents occurring in the dark and on roads with unsatisfactory lighting have serious consequences. High-quality street lighting increases the performance of the visual apparatus and significantly reduces the number of accidents. It has been established that the total number of accidents can be reduced by 30%, and the number of accidents on national roads and in areas of special danger (for example, at intersections) - by 45%. The article analyzes the influence of street lighting on road traffic safety.
