Cercetări privind spermograma la berbeci din rasa Karakul Moldovenesc

During the breeding season, the Karakul Moldovenesc rams showed strong sexual reflexes, the semen obtained during the harvest being in high quantity and of good quality. Qualitative parameters representing the following mean values: sperm motility 0,94 points, sperm concentration, 1,98 billion/ml, sperm count / ejaculate 1,59 billion. As far as the inter-individual differences are concerned, they were generally insignificant in terms of all the parameters studied. In the off season, both quantitative and qualitative parameters showed lower values than those obtained during the breeding season, showing the following average values: volume 0,84 ml, mobility 0,91 points, sperm count 1,98 billion/ml, sperm count / ejaculate 1,57 mlrd.
