The fuel jet is appreciated and defined by four essential parameters: fine pulverization, homogeneity pulverization, penetration and dispersion of the jet. The fine and homogeneity pulverization are directly responsive to the vaporization process, and the penetration and dispersion are responsive to the mixing process. The main objective of the paper is the realization of a mathematical model allowing to study and analyze the main parameters defining the phenomenon of vaporization of a fuel drop. As a reference fuel for modelling, diesel fuel was used.
