The Soviet directive method of managing the socialist economy in Moldova has led the national institute of culture to degradation, both materially and spiritually. The genetic basis of agricultural production was also destroyed. Ignoring the natural and national characteristics of the country, as well as unsystematic crossing, both in livestock and in plant growing, led to the loss of the national production gene pool, the disruption of its genetic homeostasis, and the loss of national traditional labor skills. The problem of the revival of the national culture at the genetic level is especially acute today.
