In this article we study the material flows of milk production line processing with energysaving technology. Modes of operation of electrical systems and the test units of production lines characterize and determine the continuity and flow of milk processing operation and of the line as a whole. The ability to improve the performance and characteristics of the line lies in the technology, in themselves machines and equipment.
