Particularities of the distribution policy on the sea buckthorn market

Marketing efforts do not gain value if the products are not offered to those who need them. The concept of distribution considers, first of all, the “itinerary” that the goods go through on the market, from the producer to the final consumer (producers, intermediaries and consumers). These participants in the successive movement of goods along this route make up, which in marketing terminology is called a "distribution channel". The specificity of agricultural production in terms of distribution requires the introduction of the term of capitalization and capitalization flows. Capitalization flows for sea buckthorn fruits are included in the post-harvest phase with costs related to: transport, sorting, calibration, treatments, packaging, storage, processing, etc., which include costs with materials, wages, utilities, fuels and lubricants, insurance, etc. To all this are added the costs of marketing and market research. All these phases are categories of actions that vegetables and fruits go through.
