The results of research and experimental work carried out by AtlantNIRO, VNIRO and TINRO in the 70s–90s of the last century, on the technical and chemical characteristics of the composition and technological properties of Antarctic krill, the directions of its processing for food, feed, technical products and biologically active substances are provided, information on the krill processing by foreign vessels at present, as well as proposals for domestic integrated krill processing in ship and shore conditions are presented
