The paper gives a brief overview of the conceptual design of the wastewater treatment plant in the city of Podgorica. This solution is part of a broader project called "Collection and treatment of wastewater Podgorica", which is being implemented since 2017. It is the most important infrastructural project in the area of the city, and the treatment plant is its key element. A short description of the location of the plant, the adopted design parameters, the proposed technology with the elements of the plant and a more detailed description of the secondary - biological treatment provided by the proposed solution are given. Through the given descriptions, comments on the adopted solutions are shown with certain recommendations.
