Chia seed is a prehistoric seed variety that has become popular in recent years due to its high content of fat, protein and dietary fiber. Chia seeds are seen as a healthy food product that is added to foods in different proportions or found in foods as a component. What attracts the attention of consumers are its beneficial properties to health.
