Influence of multifunctional biological products on the microbiota of ordinary chernozem in the zone of unstable humidification of the Central Fore-Caucasus | Влияние полифункциональных биопрепаратов на микробиоту чернозёма обыкновенного в зоне неустойчивого увлажнения Центрального Предкавказья

Russian. Цель исследования - определение влияния полифункциональных биопрепаратов на численность микроорганизмов различных физиологических групп в черноземе обыкновенном при выращивании кукурузы на зерно в зоне неустойчивого увлажнения. Работу выполняли в 2018–2020 гг. в Ставропольском крае в опыте, заложенном по следующей схеме: без обработки (контроль), использование микробиологических препаратов КБП-стандарт, КБП-инновационный, ПКМ, КМП-92. Изучаемые препараты применяли путем инокуляции семян кукурузы перед посевом, а также обработки вегетирующих растений в фазы 3...4-х листьев и цветения 1%-ными растворами. Численность почвенных микроорганизмов и содержание элементов питания определяли в фазы 10…11 листьев, цветения и восковой спелости кукурузы. Обработка КБП-С, КБП-И, ПКМ и КПМ-92 привела к тому, что в фазе 10...11 листьев количество аэробных азотфиксаторов возросло, по сравнению с контролем, в 2,4, 2,0, 1,3 и 1,9 раза соответственно. В фазе цветения выявленное соотношение численности микроорганизмов между вариантами опыта сохранилось, в фазе восковой спелости применение биопрепаратов не обеспечивало достоверного увеличения численности Аzotobacter chroococcum. Количество аммонификаторов в фазе 10...11 листьев в опытных вариантах находилось в пределах от 157 до 176 млн КОЕ/г почвы, что превышало контроль в 1,9...2,1 раза. В фазе цветения сохранилась аналогичная закономерность. В фазе восковой спелости количество аммонификаторов снижалось до 36...51 млн КОЕ/г почвы во всех вариантах при недостоверных различиях между ними. Аналогичные изменения прослеживаются в количестве нитрификаторов и целлюлозолитиков. Минимальная в опыте численность микромицетов отмечена в фазе 10...11 листьев, к фазе цветения она возрастала в 4,7...4,9 раза, а к фазе восковой спелости снижалась до 153...249 тыс. КОЕ/г почвы. Наибольшую в опыте величину этого показателя во все фазы развития отмечали при использовании препарата ПКМ.

English. The purposed of the study is to determine the effect of polyfunctional biological products on the number of microorganisms of various physiological groups in ordinary chernozem when growing corn grain in the zone of unstable moisture. The work was carried out in 2018–2020 in the Stavropol Territory in the experiment laid out according to the following design: without treatment (control), the use of microbiological preparations KBP-standard, KBP-innovative, PKM, KMP-92 The studied preparations were used for inoculating corn seeds before sowing, as well as processing vegetative plants in the phases of 3-4 leaves and flowering with 1% solution. The population of soil microorganisms and the content of nutrients were determined in phases of 10-11 leaves, flowering and waxy ripeness of corn. Treatment with KBP-S, KBP-I, PKM, and KPM-92 led to the fact that in the phase of 10-11 leaves the population of aerobic nitrogen fixers increased 2.4, 2.0, 1.3 and 1.9 times, respectively, compared with the control. In the flowering phase, the revealed ratio of the population of microorganisms between the variants of the experiment was preserved, in the phase of waxy ripeness; the use of biological products did not provide a significant increase in the population of Azotobacter chroococcum. The population of ammonifiers in the phase of 10–11 leaves in the experimental variants ranged from 157 to 176 million CFU/g, which exceeded the control 1.9-2.1 times. In the flowering phase, there was a similar pattern. In the phase of wax ripeness, the population of ammonifiers decreased to 36-51 million CFU/g of soil in all variants with insignificant differences between them. Similar changes can be noted in the populations of nitrifiers and cellulosolytic bacteria. The minimum population of micromycetes in the experiment was noted at the phase of 10-11 leaves, by the phase of flowering it increased 4.7-4.9 times, and by the phase of waxy ripeness, it decreased to 153-249 thousand CFU/g of soil. When using the PKM preparation, the highest population of micromycetes was noted at all stages of plant development.
