Harvest structure and chemical composition of potato when using growth stimulators | Структура урожая и химический состав картофеля при использовании стимуляторов роста

Russian. Полевые опыты проводили в Республике Ингушетия в 2018-2020 гг. Исследовали влияние стимуляторов роста (Biodux, Циркон, эпин-экстра и настой крапивы) на структуру урожая и на содержание крахмала и нитратов в клубнях картофеля сортов Джувел (ранний) и Рамона (среднеспелый). Обосновано, что общий урожай определяется количеством клубней семенной фракции (массой 40-80 г) и количеством клубней крупной фракции (массой более 80 г). Среднее число клубней более 80 г за все годы исследований cоставляло у сорта Джувел 1,6-2,4 шт./куст, а у сорта Рамона – 1,8-2,6 шт./куст. Наибольшее число клубней более 40 г (11,0 шт./куст) получено в варианте с предпосадочной обработкой клубней стимулятором роста Biodux у сорта Джувел - , что выше по сравнению с контролем на 3,8 шт. на 1 растение. А максимальное количество клубней больше 80 г (2,6 шт./куст) отмечено у сорта Рамона при обработке клубней стимулятором роста Biodux–. Применение стимуляторов роста позволило улучшить структуру урожая картофеля исследуемых сортов, увеличив долю клубней крупной и семенной фракции. Обработка клубней стимуляторами роста способствовала наибольшему накоплению крахмала во всем вариантах опыта. Применение стимуляторов роста позволило получить клубни с более высоким содержанием крахмала во все годы исследований. У сорта Джувел крахмалистость в контроле в среднем за 3 года составляла 12,8%, прибавка в вариантах опыта - 0,2-1,6 п.п.; у сорта Рамона – 13,8% и 0,3-1,2 п.п. соответственно. Обработка клубней перед посадкой биостимуляторами привела к снижению содержания нитратов в клубнях урожая со 159 и 162 в контроле до 121-131 и 129-145 мг/кг у сортов Джувел и Рамона соответственно. Это объясняется развитием корневой системы под действием биологически активных веществ, лучшим усвоением из почвы питательных веществ, особенно азотистых, и активизацией каталитических реакций питания растений, что позволяет получить экологически чистый продукт.

English. Field experiments were carried out in the Republic of Ingushetia in 2018-2020. There was studied the effect of growth stimulants (Biodux, Tsirkon, Epin-Extra and nettle infusion) on the structure of the crop and on the content of starch and nitrates in tubers of potato varieties Juvel (early) and Ramona (mid-season). It has been substantiated that the total yield is determined by the number of tubers of the seed fraction (40-80g by weight) and the number of tubers of the coarse fraction (more than 80 g by weight). The average number of tubers of more than 80 g for all the years of research was 1.6-2.4 pcs/1 bush for the Juvel variety, and for the Ramona variety – 1.8, 2.6 pcs. The most number of tubers of above 40 g (11.0 pcs/1 bush) was obtained in the variant with pre-planting treatment of tubers with the growth stimulator Biodux in the Juvel variety -11 pcs/bush, which is by 3.8 higher than the control variant. And the maximum number of tubers of above 80 g (2.6 pcs/ pcs/1 bush) was observed in the variety Ramona when treating tubers with the growth stimulator Biodux. The use of growth stimulants made it possible to improve the structure of the potato yield of the studied varieties by increasing the proportion of tubers of large and seed fraction. The treatment of tubers with growth stimulants contributed to the greatest accumulation of starch in all variants of the experiment. The use of growth stimulants made it possible to obtain tubers with higher starch content in all the years of research. In the Juvel variety, the starch content in the control for an average of 3 years was 12.8%, increase in experiment variants 0.2-1.6% and 0.3-1.2% - in the Ramona variety, respectively. Treatment of tubers before planting with biostimulants resulted in reducing the content of nitrates in the tubers of the crop from 159 and 162 in the control to 121-131 and 129-145 mg/kg in Juvel and Ramona, respectively. This is due to the development of the root system under the influence of biologically active substances, better assimilation of nutrients from the soil, especially nitrogenous ones, and the activation of catalytic reactions of plant nutrition, which makes it possible to obtain an environmentally friendly product.
