Morphometric parameters of the different stages of swine mammary gland | Морфометрические показатели паренхимы молочной железы небеременных, после родов и при мастите у свиней

English. The aim of the research is to study the morphometric parameters of the epithelial component of the mammary gland of non fertilized pigs, after farrowing and with mastitis. The research was conducted on the Stavropol territory. The objects of research were healthy large white breed pigs of various reproductive status-non-fertilized, after farrowing and with signs of mastitis. All individuals were pigs of the corresponding species, 3 in each group. It was found that the area of ductus in the mammary gland in pigs of a large white breed varies depending on their functional state. The minimum values of this indicator were: for non fertilized animals (293.00 µm2), after farrow, the area of the milk ductus increases by 5.45 times and reaches 1597 µm2. During mastitis, the average value of the area of the milk duct is significantly higher by 1.93 times (3081.00±651.00 µm2), compared with post-partum period. After farrow, the average value of this indicator was 702.00±79.67 µm2, and with mammary gland inflammation it was significantly less by 2.5 times and amounted to 281.80±65.23 µm2. For tested animals, the variability of the parameters of the area of epithelial cells and the area of the nuclei of mammary epithelial cells were revealed, depending on their functional state. After farrow, the epithelial cell area increases by 2.34 times compared to non sterilized animals, and during mastitis it is less by 35.36% than post-partum, but are higher by 1.51 times than in non fertilized animals. In postpartum pigs, the value of this parameter was significantly greater by 40.25%, and during mastitis, significantly less by 27.96% and did not differ from the data of non fertilized animals. The average values of the nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio in the epithelial cells of the non-lactating mammary gland in pigs were compared to the healthy status and pathological status – thus differed significantly. The minimum average value of the nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio of epithelial cells of the mammary ducts were observed in pigs after farrow, the maximum were - in non fertilized animals. The average values of the area of galactocytes and their nuclei during mastitis were less than for postpartum mammary gland.

Russian. Цель исследований - изучение морфометрических показателей эпителиального компонента молочной железы небеременных (НС), после родов (ПС) и при мастите свиней. Исследования проведены в Ставропольском крае. Объект исследований: клинически здоровые свиньи крупной белой породы различного функционального состояния – небеременные, после родов и с признаками мастита. Все особи женского пола - свинки по 3 особи в каждой группе. Установлено, что площадь протоков в молочной железе у свинок крупной белой породы изменяется в зависимости от их функционального состояния. Минимальное значение этого показателя наблюдали у НС (293,00 мкм2). После родов площадь молочных протоков увеличивается в 5,45 раза и достигает 1597,00 мкм2. При мастите среднее значение площади молочного протока достоверно выше в 1,93 раза (3081,00±651,00 мкм2) по сравнению с данными ПС. У ПС среднее значение этого показателя было 702,00±79,67 мкм2, а с воспалением молочной железы достоверно меньше в 2,5 раза и составило 281,80±65,23 мкм2. У свиней выявлена изменчивость параметров площади эпителиоцитов и площади ядер эпителиоцитов молочной железы в зависимости от функционального состояния их организма. У ПС увеличивается площадь эпителиоцитов в 2,34 раза по сравнению с НС, а при мастите она меньше на 35,36%, чем у ПС, но выше в 1,51 раза, чем у НС. У ПС значение этого параметра достоверно больше на 40,25%, а при мастите достоверно меньше на 27,96% и не отличались от данных НС. Средние значения ядерно-цитоплазматического отношения в эпителиоцитах нелактирующей молочной железы у свиней по сравнению с функционирующей здоровой и функционирующей с повреждениями различаются достоверно. Минимальное среднее значение ядерно-цитоплазматического отношения эпителиоцитов протоков молочной железы отмечается у ПС, максимальное – у НС. У свиней средние значения площади галактоцитов и их ядер при мастите меньше, чем после родов. У свиней ядерно-цитоплазматическое отношение в этих клетках при мастите достоверно уменьшается.
