Овощеводство защищенного грунта Новосибирской области в контексте глобальных вызовов | Protected ground vegetable growing in the Novosibirsk region in the context of global challenges

English. The current state of the protected soil vegetable growing sub-sector in the Novosibirsk region is analyzed, with reference to the influence of the global trends. The study involved monographic and constructive methods, as well as the comparative analysis method. The information base was the data of the Rosstat, the Ministry of Agriculture in the Novosibirsk region, domestic and foreign analytical studies. It is shown that for the period from 2015 to 2019, the acreage under vegetables of protected ground (PG) increased from 26.6 to 44.6 ha, gross yields - from 16.1 to 41.7 thousand t, the yield ranged from 60.8 to 98.0 and in 2019 amounted to 93.4 kg/m2. Production of PG vegetables is employed by 4 greenhouse centers in the region, another one is being prepared for setting into operattion. The growth of production of PG vegetables in the region is due to both the introduction of new capacities and the introduction of new technologies. The main crops cultivated in the PG in the region are cucumbers (66%) and tomatoes (31%). Other agricultural crops (eggplants, peppers, herbs and herbs) account for only 3% of the production volume, which is due to low profitability. Global trends in the production of PG have been identified: the growing demand for environmentally friendly vegetables, greens, berries and 'exotic' greenhouse products; an increase in the share of vegetables, maximally ready-to-use and mixes of them; the development of urban farming; the use of hydroponic and aeroponic technologies for the cultivation of organic matter and their transfer to organic production. Due to the high capital intensity of the production of PG vegetables, a priority state support is needed for those innovative projects that can meet the demand for vegetables that are now mainly imported (eggplants, peppers, zucchini, radishes, etc.). In connection with an expected increase in demand for local PG products, this industry can become a driver of the economic growth in the region.

Russian. Проанализировано современное состояние подотрасли овощеводства защищенного грунта в Новосибирской обл. с учетом влияния глобальных трендов. В исследовании применяли монографический и конструктивный методы, а также метод сравнительного анализа. Информационной базой являлись данные Росстата, Министерства сельского хозяйства Новосибирской обл., отечественные и зарубежные аналитические исследования. Показано, что за период с 2015 г. по 2019 г. посевные площади под овощами (ОВ) закрытого грунта (ЗГ) возросли с 26,6 до 44,6 га, валовые сборы - с 16,1 до 41,7 тыс. т, урожайность колебалась от 60,8 до 98,0 и в 2019 г. составила 93,4 кг/м2. Производством ОВ ЗГ в области занимается 4 тепличных комбината, готовится к вводу в эксплуатацию еще один. Рост производства ОВ ЗГ в области идет как за счет ввода новых мощностей, так и за счет внедрения новых технологий. Основными возделываемыми в ЗГ культурами в области являются огурец (66%) и томаты (31%). На прочие агрокультуры (баклажаны, перец, зелень и пряные травы) приходится только 3% объема производства, что связано с низкой рентабельностью. Выявлены глобальные тренды в производстве ОВ ЗГ: рост спроса на экологически чистые ОВ, зелень, ягоды и "экзотическую" тепличную продукцию; увеличение доли ОВ, максимально готовых к употреблению и миксов из них; развитие сити-фермерства; использование технологий гидропоники и аэропоники для выращивания ОВ и их перевод в органическое производство. В связи с высокой капиталоемкостью производства ОВ ЗГ необходима приоритетная господдержка тех инновационных проектов, которые могут удовлетворить спрос на овощи, которые сейчас в основном импортируют (баклажаны, перец, цуккини, редис и т.п.). В связи с предполагаемым ростом спроса на местную продукцию ОВ ЗГ эта отрасль может стать драйвером экономического роста региона.
