Содержание масла в семенах подсолнечника в условиях предгорной зоны Восточно-Казахстанской области | Oil content in sunflower seeds in the foothill zone of the East Kazakhstan Region

English. The research findings on oil-bearing common sunflower hybrids under the conditions of the foothill zone of the East Kazakhstan Region are discussed. The research goal is to evaluate the hybrids according to the oil content in the seeds and to identify the most valuable ones according to this index. The studies were carried out on the Experimental Farm for Oil-Bearing Crops from 2018 through 2020. The research targets were the hybrids of oil-bearing common sunflower of foreign selective breeding compared to 2 hybrids of Kazakhstan breeding - Agrobiznes-2050 and Astana-109. There was determined the oil content in the seeds of the hybrids, and also calculated the oil yield per unit area. The hybrids of the middle early group had the best oil content on all years of the study. On average, the oil content in the group of medium early hybrids (51.5%) was by 2.4% higher than that in the group of early maturing hybrids (49.1%). The variability of oil content indices in the group of early maturing hybrids was quite wide, from 40.0% (NS Gricko, 2020) to 57.6% (Oliva, 2019). On average, over the three years of the study, the highest oil content of seeds in the group of early maturing hybrids was revealed in the Oliva hybrid and amounted to 53.5%. In terms of the total oil yield per unit area, the Agrobiznes-2050 standard variety (1.48 t ha) in the group of early-maturing hybrids was exceeded by the following hybrids: Serko (1.57 t ha), Oliva (1.73 t ha), NS Romeo (1.76 t ha), NS Horizont (1.9 t ha). Oil yield is one of the main indices of the efficiency of sunflower growing. The best indices of this character were revealed in the following hybrids: a hybrid from the early maturity group - NS Horizont (1.90 t ha), and a hybrid from the mid-early maturity group - NS Konstantin (1.87 t ha). The increases of oil yield per unit area in comparison to the controls were as following: NS Horizont hybrid – 0.42 t ha; NS Konstantin hybrid – 0.19 t ha.

Russian. Представлены результаты изучения гибридов подсолнечника масличного в условиях предгорной зоны Восточно-Казахстанской области. Цель исследований – оценить гибриды по содержанию масла в семенах и выделить наиболее ценные по данному показателю. Исследования были проведены на базе ТОО "Опытное хозяйство масличных культур" в 2018-2020 гг. Объекты исследования – гибриды подсолнечника масличного иностранной селекции в сравнении с 2 гибридами казахской селекции Агробизнес-2050 и Астана-109. Было определено содержание масла в семенах образцов, а также сделан расчет сбора масла с единицы площади. Лучшей масличностью отличались гибриды среднеранней группы по всем годам исследования. В среднем содержание масла в группе среднеранних гибридов (51,5%) на 2,4% превысило показатель группы раннеспелых гибридов (49,1%). Вариабельность показателей содержания масла в группе раннеспелых гибридов сложилась достаточно широкой – от 40,0% (NS Gricko, 2020 г.) до 57,6% (Oliva, 2019 г.). В среднем за 3 года исследования наибольшая масличность семян в группе раннеспелых гибридов была у гибрида Oliva – 53,5%. По общему выходу масла с единицы площади стандарт Агробизнес-2050 (1,48 т/га) в группе раннеспелых гибридов превысили: Серко (1,57 т/га), Oliva (1,73 т/га), NS Romeo (1,76 т/га), NS Horizont (1,9 т/га). Выход масла является одним из главных показателей эффективности выращивания подсолнечника. Лучшие показатели по данному признаку имели гибрид из раннеспелой группы спелости NS Horizont (1,90 т/га) и гибрид из среднеранней группы NS Konstantin (1,87 т/га). Прибавка по выходу масла с единицы площади в сравнении с контролем у гибрида NS Horizont составила 0,42 т/га, у гибрида NS Konstantin – 0,19 т/га.
