Состояние организма кроликов при использовании кормовой добавки | The state of the organism of rabbits when using a feed additive

English. As known, additional introduction of feed additives into the diet of animals, contributes to better digestion and assimilation of basic nutrients in the gastrointestinal tract. Supplements stimulate the processes of digestion and metabolism, stimulate the functional reserves of the body, and promote the formation of a stable immunity. Blood picture makes it possible to observe the changes that occur in the body of animals under the influence of feeding and it makes it possible to assess their general physiological state. The biochemical blood tests of Californian breed rabbits were carried out when using probiotic feed additive Bio-Mos. 2 groups of rabbits were formed at the age of 60 days, 48 heads in each group. The control group received only the basic diet, and the experimental group also received an additive in a dosage of 2 kg / t of feed. The duration of the experiment was 120 days. The blood biochemical studies conducted indicate that all the studied indicators before the experiment were within the physiological norm. In the blood serum during the initial period of the experiment the calcium content was 12.32 mg % (P less than 0.01), while at the end of the experiment its level increased by 2.3% in the experimental group. An important indicator characterizing the effect of nutrition on the state of the body is the concentration of total protein. Total protein increased by 29.6% (P less than 0.01) in the experimental group compared with the initial data, and in relation to the control it was respectively - 21% (P less than 0.01). It has been concluded that the use of feed additive affects the body of rabbits and causes morphological changes in the microcirculation of the bloodstream, thereby changing the biological status of the body of rabbits. Subsequently, this has a positive effect on the stress resistance and productivity of animals.

Russian. Как известно, введение в рацион животных кормовых добавок способствует лучшему перевариванию и усвоению основных питательных веществ в желудочно-кишечном тракте. Добавки стимулируют процессы пищеварения и обмена веществ, мобилизуют функциональные резервы организма, способствуют формированию стойкого иммунитета. Картина крови позволяет наблюдать за изменениями, которые происходят в организме животных под влиянием кормления, и это дает возможность оценить их общее физиологическое состояние. Проведены биохимические исследования крови кроликов калифорнийской породы при использовании пробиотической кормовой добавки Био-Мос. Было сформировано 2 гр. кроликов в возрасте 60 дн. по 48 гол. в каждой. Контрольная группа получала только основной рацион, а опытная – также добавку в дозировке 2 кг/т корма. Продолжительность опыта составила 120 дн. Проведенные биохимические исследования крови свидетельствуют о том, что все исследуемые показатели перед постановкой на опыт находились в пределах физиологической нормы. В сыворотке крови в начальный период опыта кальция содержалось 12,32 мг % (Р меньше 0,01), а в конце его уровень в опытной группе возрос на 2,3%. Важным показателем, характеризующим влияние питания на состояние организма, является концентрация общего белка. Общий белок повысился на 29,6% (Р меньше 0,01) у опытной группы в сравнении с первоначальными данными, а по отношению к контролю это составило 21% (Р меньше 0,01). Сделан вывод, что применение кормовой добавки воздействует на организм кроликов и вызывает морфологические изменения в микроциркуляции кровеносного русла, тем самым меняя биологический статус организма кроликов. Впоследствии это положительно сказывается на стрессоустойчивости и продуктивности животных.
