The digital industry and digital opportunities in agrarian and industrial complex: state, potential and trends | Цифровая индустрия и цифровые возможности в АПК: состояние, потенциал и тренды

The current state of the use of digital technologies is evaluated and the potential possibilities of their application to increase the efficiency of the domestic agro-industrial complex are determined. It is shown that until 2019 (in the pre-crisis period), the share of innovatively active farms (using digital technologies) in the Russian Federation was 8.5%. Digital technologies were most often used in the cultivation of annual (4.2%) and perennial (3.3%) crops, seedlings and seedlings (2.1%), as well as in livestock enterprises (3.9%). It is noted that the most promising will be the use of digital technologies in solving such problems of the domestic Agro-Industrial Complex as ensuring import substitution of products and services of foreign suppliers, scaling successful agro-industrial sites at the regional level, finding financial and resource reserves for the reintegration into production of previously unused land and production resources of the complex. It is shown that the process of digitalization of agricultural production at the micro level is complicated due to the complexity of the structure of technological solutions used in practice and the fragmentation of earlier a single Agro-Industrial Complex. The most relevant trends for implementation in the Russian Agro-Industrial sector in the near future (2021-2025) are revealed. They are digital control technologies; the use of "smart" technologies for the formation of automated process control systems; assessment and realization of the development potential of individual agricultural territories based on the formation of "smart" agricultural maps and drawing up optimal programs for the exploitation of resources at the regional level with the involvement of satellite monitoring of these resources; automation of production sites with using artificial intelligence that makes decisions based on heuristic algorithms for processing information received from sensors in real time.

Russian. Оценено современное состояние использования цифровых технологий и определены потенциальные возможности их применения для повышения эффективности отечественного АПК. Показано, что до 2019 г. (в доковидный период) доля инновационно активных хозяйств (использующих цифровые технологии) в РФ составляла 8,5%. Наиболее часто цифровые технологии использовались при выращивании однолетних (4,2%) и многолетних (3,3%) культур, саженцев и рассады (2,1%), а также на животноводческих предприятиях (3,9%). Отмечено, что наиболее перспективным будет использование цифровых технологий при решении таких проблем отечественного АПК, как обеспечение импортозамещения продукции и услуг иностранных поставщиков, масштабировании успешных агропромышленных площадок регионального уровня, изыскании финансовых и ресурсных резервов для реинтеграции в производство ранее не востребованных земельных и производственных ресурсов комплекса. Показано, что процесс цифровизации с.-х. производства на микроуровне затрудняется из-за усложнения структуры применяемых на практике технологических решений и дробления ранее единого АПК. Определны наиболее актуальные направления для внедрения в отечественный АПК в ближайшее время (2021-2025 гг.). Это цифровые технологии контроля; использование "умных" технологий для формирования автоматизированных систем управления технологическими процессами; оценка и реализация потенциала развития отдельных с.-х. территорий на основе формирования "умных" с.-х. карт и составлении оптимальных программ эксплуатации ресурсов на уровне региона с привлечением спутникового мониторинга этих ресурсов; автоматизация участков производства с использованием искусственного интеллекта, принимающего решения на основе эвристических алгоритмов обработки информации, получаемых с датчиков в режиме реального времени.
