Роботизация в развитии молочного скотоводства Калужской области | Robotization in the development of dairy cattle breeding in the Kaluga region

English. The current state of dairy cattle breeding in the Kaluga region is analyzed, the role of robotization (RB) in its development is determined. The number of cattle (including cows) in the region from 2013 to 2020 in farms of all categories increased from 131.4 (56.7) to 227.4 (100.3) thousand heads. The highest growth rates were recorded in farms – 248.6% (194.3%) and agricultural organizations - 179.0% (193.8%). In private subsidiary farms, on the contrary, there was a sharp reduction in the herd – by 36.0% (49.3%). Milk production in farms of all categories of the region increased from 213.76 to 430.3 thousand t. The growth rate of milk yields in agricultural organizations and farms amounted to 227.36 and 310.29%, and in private farms there was a decrease in milk yields by 56.26%. The average annual milk yield per 1 cow in the region during the study period increased from 4529 to 8432 kg, while in the whole of the Russian Federation – only from 3893 to 4839 kg. Currently, RB is used on farms for milking cows, feeding animals and cleaning the passages of livestock premises. But the main funds are directed to the RB of milking process: in 2013 there were 5 milking robots in the region, and in 2020 – 25 milking robots. The advantages of RB of milking processes are complete automation of processes and minimal labor costs, as well as a number of technological and sanitary aspects. The negative sides of the Republic of Belarus include the high cost of equipment (1 milking unit costs 7-9 million rub) and breeds of dairy cows suitable for robotic milking (1 Holstein cow costs 150- 200 thousand rub). The main reasons for the use of robotics on farms include: increasing the productivity of animals and the multiplicity of their milking, reducing the cost of labor and maintenance of animals, obtaining information about all processes, happening on the farm. The systems of preferential loans, subsidies and grants introduced in the region allow recouping a robotic farm in 5-7 years. It is concluded that the RB of dairy cattle breeding has a positive effect on the dynamics of milk production in the Kaluga region.

Russian. Проанализировано современное состояние молочного скотоводства в Калужской обл., определена роль роботизации (РБ) в его развитии. Поголовье КРС (в т.ч. коров) в области с 2013 г. по 2020 г. в хозяйствах всех категорий возросло с 131,4 (56,7) до 227,4 (100,3) тыс. гол. Наибольшие темпы роста отмечены в фермерских хозяйствах – 248,6% (194,3%) и с.-х. организациях – 179,0% (193,8%). В личных подсобных хозяйствах, напротив, произошло резкое сокращение стада – на 36,0% (49,3%). Производство молока в хозяйствах всех категорий области возросло с 213,76 до 430,3 тыс. т. Темпы роста надоев в с.-х. организациях и фермерских хозяйствах составили 227,36 и 310,29%, а в личных хозяйствах отмечено снижение надоев на 56,26%. Среднегодовые надои на 1 корову в области за исследуемый период возросли с 4529 до 8432 кг, тогда как в целом по РФ – только с 3893 до 4839 кг. В настоящее время РБ на фермах применяется при доении коров, кормлении животных и очистке проходов животноводческих помещений. Но основные средства направлены на РБ процесс доения: в 2013 г. в области насчитывалось 5, а в 2020 г. – 25 доильных роботов. Преимуществами РБ процессов доения являются полная автоматизация процессов и минимальные трудозатраты, а также ряд технологических и санитарных аспектов. К негативным сторонам РБ можно отнести высокую стоимость оборудования (1 доильная установка стоит 7-9 млн руб.) и пригодных для роботизированного доения пород дойных коров (1 корова голштинской породы стоит 150-200 тыс. руб.). К основным причинам использования робототехники на фермах относятся: увеличение продуктивности животных и кратности их доения, снижение издержек на оплату труда и обслуживание животных, получение информации обо всех процессах, происходящих на ферме. Системы льготного кредитования, субсидий и грантов, введенных в области, позволяют окупить роботизированную ферму за 5-7 лет. Сделан вывод, что РБ молочного скотоводства положительно сказывается на динамике производства молока в Калужской обл.
