Russian. Цель исследования – изучение влияния кормовых добавок из личинок трутней пчел и кутикулы желудка птиц на прирост живой массы и качество мяса цыплят-бройлеров. Было сформировано по принципу аналогов 3 группы по 5 голов в каждой. С 10-дневного возраста в основной рацион включали 2 кормовые добавки: 1-й группе – препарат из личинок трутней пчел; 2-й группе – высушенную естественным путем кутикулу мышечного желудка в измельченном виде (в дозе 1 г/кг корма, вплоть до убоя в возрасте 62 сут); контрольная группа получала основной рацион. Взвешивание проводили в 10; 21; 35; 42 и 62-е сут. К 62-м суткам различие по живой массе составило между контролем и 1-й группой – 1,085±0,140 кг; между контролем и 2-й группой – 0,605±0,100. Для определения химического состава от тушек цыплят-бройлеров отбирали пробы из грудных и ножных мышц. Содержание сырого протеина в грудных мышцах 1-й группы превысило контроль на 8,36, 2-й группы – на 4,96%; сырого жира ниже контроля в 1-й группе – на 7,75, во 2-й – на 4,32%; суммарное содержание незаменимых аминокислот в 1-й группе выше на 5,25, во 2-й – на 3,6%. Содержание сырого протеина в ножных мышцах цыплят-бройлеров 1-й группы превысило контроль на 6,81, 2-й – на 3,4%; сырого жира ниже контроля в 1-й группе – на 6,58, во 2-й – на 3,4%; суммарное содержание незаменимых аминокислот в 1-й группе выше на 6,0, во 2-й – на 2,02%. Применение в рационе кормовых добавок повышает прирост живой массы и биологическую ценность мяса цыплят-бройлеров за счет роста суммарного количества сырого протеина и незаменимых аминокислот. Лучшие результаты получены при введении в рацион добавки из личинок трутней пчел.

The purpose of research is to study the effect of feed additives from bee drone larvae and the stomach cuticle of birds on the increase in live weight and the quality of meat of broiler chickens. 3 groups of 5 animals each were formed on the basis of analogs. From 10 days of age, the main diet included 2 feed additives: group 1 – a preparation from bee drone larvae; the 2nd group – the cuticle of the muscular stomach dried in a natural way in a crushed form (at a dose of 1 g/kg of feed, up to slaughter at the age of 62 days); the control group received the basic diet. The birds were weighed at the age of 10, 21, 35, 42 and 62 days. By the 62nd day, the difference in live weight was between the control and the 1-st group – 1.085±0.140 kg; between the control and the 2nd group – 0.605±0.100. To determine the chemical composition of the carcasses of broiler chickens, samples were taken from the pectoral and leg muscles. The content of crude protein in the pectoral muscles of the 1st group exceeded the control by 8.36, the 2nd group – by 4.96%; crude fat is lower than the control in the 1st group – by 7.75, in the 2nd – by 4.32%; the total content of essential amino acids in the 1st group is higher by 5.25, in the 2nd – by 3.6%. The content of crude protein in the leg muscles of broiler chickens of the 1st group exceeded the control by 6.81, the 2nd – by 3.4%; crude fat is lower than the control in the 1st group – by 6.58, in the 2nd – by 3.4%; the total content of essential amino acids in the 1st group is higher by 6.0, in the 2nd – by 2.02%. The use of feed additives in the diet increases the gain in live weight and the biological value of broiler chicken meat due to the increase in the total amount of crude protein and essential amino acids. The best results were obtained with the addition of bee drone larvae to the diet.
