Иммуноглобулиновый профиль слизистых оболочек толстого кишечника у ягнят в раннем постнатальном онтогенезе | Immunoglobulin profile of the mucous membranes of the large intestine in lambs in early postnatal ontogenesis

Presented are data reflecting the dynamics of immunoglobulins of classes G and A in the mucous membrane of the blind, colon and rectum of lambs in colostrum, milk and mixed periods of nutrition (up to 60 days of life), compared to the similar data of 3-5 year-old sheep. Various biotopes of the digestive system of animals perform not only the digestive, but also a protective function. It is known that about 80% of all immunocompetent cells of organism are located in the mucous membrane of the small and large intestines in sheep. An important role in protecting against pathogens is played by various classes of immunoglobulins, the dynamics and functions of which, in the mucous membrane of the cecum, colon and rectum of sheep, are still being debated. The aim of the work was to quantitatively characterize IgG and IgA in the mucous membranes of the large intestine and their functional relationship with microflora (Bifidobacterium). In lambs, during the period of early postnatal ontogenesis in the mucous membrane of the large intestine, the content of immunoglobulins of classes G and A is different. It was established that the level of IgG and the quantitative content of bifidobacterium in the large intestine are functionally independent (r= -0.75); in the colon and rectum, IgA and Bifidobacterium correlate (r=0.59 and r=0.33, respectively). The concentration of IgG depends on the flow of colostrums into the intestines of the lamb in the first day after birth, and the level of IgA from colonization of the large intestine by dominant microflora.

Представлены данные, отражающие динамику иммуноглобулинов классов G и A в слизистой оболочке слепой, ободочной и прямой кишок ягнят в молозивный, молочный и смешанный периоды питания (до 60 сут жизни), в сравнении с аналогичными данными овец 3–5 летнего возраста. Различные биотопы пищеварительной системы животных выполняют не только пищеварительную, но и защитную функцию. Известно, что около 80% всех иммунокомпетентных клеток макроорганизма локализовано в слизистой оболочке тонкого и толстого отделов кишечника у овец. Важную роль в защите от патогенов выполняют различные классы иммуноглобулинов, динамика и функции которых, в слизистой оболочке слепой, ободочной и прямой кишок овец до настоящего времени дискутируются. Целью работы была количественная характеристика показателей IgG и IgA в слизистых оболочках толстого отдела кишечника и их функциональная связь с микрофлорой (Bifidobacterium). У ягнят в период раннего постнатального онтогенеза в слизистой оболочке толстого отдела кишечника содержание иммуноглобулинов классов G и А различно. Установлено, что уровень IgG и количественное содержание бифидобактерий в толстом отделе кишечника функционально независимы (r= -0,75), а в ободочной и прямой кишке показатели IgA и Bifidobacterium коррелируют (r=0,59 и r=0,33 соответственно). Концентрация IgG зависит от поступления молозива в кишечник ягненка в первые сутки после рождения, а уровень IgA - от колонизации толстого отдела кишечника доминантной микрофлорой.
