Содержание меди в почвах агроландшафтов Омского Прииртышья | Сopper content in soils of agrarian landscapes of Omsk Irtysh region

English. The aim of the study was to establish the regularities of content and distribution of tightly bound and mobile copper in different soils of southern taiga, forest-steppe and steppe of the Omsk Irtysh region. The soil profile cross sections were laid in 2008–2012, and soil samples were taken from genetic horizons. The contents of copper soluble in acid (5M HNO3) and mobile copper extracted with ammonium acetate buffer (pH 4.8) according to Krupskiy and Aleksandrova were determined in the soils. In light and medium loamy soddy-podzolic and gray forest soils, little copper content was found: 4.8–7.7 and 5.7–7.2 mg/kg, respectively, in leached chernozems – up to 17 mg/kg. The average copper content in the humus horizon of southern forest-steppe and steppe was higher: in chernozems it was of 19.3, in meadow-chernozem soils – 20.5, in solonetz – 21.3 mg/kg. A strong correlation of the copper content in the humus horizons of the soils to its content in the parent rocks (r = 0.83) has been established. For a layer of 0–20 cm of soils, the dependence of the amount of trace element on the content of physical clay (r = 0.85), silt (r = 0.75), humus (r = 0.50), cation exchange capacity (r = 0.75) was determined. The distribution of copper over soil profiles was influenced by the same factors with a weaker connection with silt and humus. The content of mobile copper in soddy-podzolic, gray forest soils, leached chernozems (0.8–1.1 mg/kg) is estimated as medium and high. In the soils of the southern forest-steppe and steppe agrarian landscapes, the copper content is low (0.05–0.23 mg/kg). A significant influence of the environment reaction on the content of mobile copper in soils from different zones (r = –0.71) was established. In the 0–20 cm layer of forest-steppe and steppe soils, the amount of mobile copper depended on the content of its tightly bound form; the distribution of the trace element along the soil profiles was also determined by the content of silt and physical clay.

Целью исследования являлось установление закономерностей содержания и распределения прочносвязанных и подвижных форм меди в разных типах почв южной тайги, лесостепи и степи Омского Прииртышья. В 2008–2012 гг. закладывали разрезы и проводили отбор проб почв из генетических горизонтов. В почвах определяли количество кислоторастворимой меди в 5М HNO3 и ее подвижной формы в 1н. ацетатно-аммонийном буфере с рН 4,8 по Крупскому и Александровой. В легко- и среднесуглинистых дерново-подзолистых и серых лесных почвах обнаружено мало меди (4,8–7,7 и 5,7–7,2 мг/кг соответственно), в черноземах выщелоченных – до 17 мг/кг. Среднее ее содержание в гумусовых горизонтах южной лесостепи и степи было бОльшим: в черноземах – 19,3, в лугово-черноземных почвах – 20,5, в солонцах – 21,3 мг/кг. Установлена тесная зависимость меди в гумусовых горизонтах почв от ее содержания в почвообразующих породах (r = 0,83). Для слоя 0–20 см почв выявлена зависимость количества микроэлемента от состава физической глины (r = 0,85), ила (r = 0,75), гумуса (r = 0,50), емкости катионного обмена (r = 0,75). На распределение меди по профилям почв оказывали влияние те же самые факторы при более слабой связи с илом и гумусом. Содержание подвижной меди в дерново-подзолистых, серых лесных почвах, выщелоченных черноземах (0,8–1,1 мг/кг) оценивается как среднее и повышенное. В почвах южно-лесостепных и степных агроландшафтов – низкое: 0,05–0,23 мг/кг. Установлено существенное влияние реакции среды на подвижную медь в почвах разных зон (r = –0,71). В слое 0–20 см почв лесостепи и степи количество подвижной меди зависело от содержания ее прочносвязанной формы; распределение микроэлемента по профилям почв также определялось содержанием ила и физической глины.
