Comprehensive assessment of the technological performance quality of energy-and-resource-saving technology of root and potato harvesting | Метод комплексной оценки качества выполнения технологических операций энергоресурсосберегающей технологии уборки корнеплодов и картофеля

The most critical problem in implementing any technology is to reduce labor costs while ensuring energy and resource conservation and simultaneously increasing the yield of cultivated crops and, consequently, reducing the cost of production. It has been established that the use of energy-saving technologies will reduce the number of passes of aggregates across the field, preserve soil fertility, and minimize environmental pollution from fuel combustion products. There is presented a method of comprehensive assessment of the quality of technological operations of energy-resource-saving technologies for harvesting root crops and potatoes under high humidity conditions. The described coefficient of energy-resource saving takes into account the direct costs of energy in the cultivation of crop products, including the costs of energy obtained from the liquid fuel combustion, direct costs of energy required for crop production, the energy of material and technical resources, and the energy of current assets. Numerical values of the comprehensive assessment indicator of energy-saving features of harvesting root crops and potatoes will estimate the quality of technogenic impact of a set of machines used for harvesting vegetable crops. The use of the proposed method can help adequately estimate crop production's energy efficiency, with reference to the energy of direct and indirect costs.

Важнейшей проблемой при реализации любой технологии является уменьшение затрат труда, энергии и ресурсосбережение с одновременным повышением урожайности возделываемых культур и, как следствие, снижением себестоимости продукции. Установлено, что использование сберегающих технологий позволит снизить количество проходов агрегатов по полю, сохранить плодородие почвы, минимизировать загрязнение окружающей среды от продуктов сгорания топлива. Представлен метод комплексной оценки качества выполнения технологических операций энергоресурсосберегающей технологии уборки корнеплодов и картофеля в условиях повышенной влажности. Описываемый коэффициент энергоресурсосбережения учитывает прямые затраты энергии при возделывании продукции растениеводства, включающие в себя затраты энергии, полученной от сгорания жидкого топлива, энергии прямых затрат при производстве продукции растениеводства, энергии материально-технических ресурсов и энергии оборотных средств. Численные значения показателя комплексной оценки энергоресурсосбережения технологического процесса уборки корнеплодов и картофеля позволят судить о качестве техногенного воздействия комплекса машин при уборке овощных культур. Применение предложенного метода позволяет адекватно оценить энергетическую эффективность производства продукции растениеводства с учетом энергии прямых и косвенных затрат.
