Exhaust gas heat utilization in separating working units of root crop and potato harvesters | Использование теплоты отработавших газов в сепарирующих рабочих органах машин для уборки корнеплодов и картофеля

English. Time of potatoes and vegetable crops harvesting coincides with the seasonal peak of precipitation. It complicates the cleaning of marketable products from highly humid soil impurities, causing the working surface sticking of cleaning devices and worsening performance of them. There have been carried out theoretical studies of the separation system working on thermal energy of cleaning the exhaust gases of the power plant to substantiate the design and technological parameters of its individual functioning elements. Relationships were established to determine the separating surface area of slotted cleaning units such as a bar elevator and a cleaning sprocket. The justification of the axial distance between the deflectors, the inter-deflector distance, the inter-transporter distance, as well as the translational speed of movement of the bar elevator is carried out. The scheme of distribution of exhaust gas heat flows on the separating surface of machines for harvesting root crops and potatoes is determined. The performed justification of the operating modes and technological parameters of the separation system with the heat of exhaust gases for harvesting root crops and potatoes and the presented scheme of the distribution of the exhaust gas heat flows on the separating surface of the machines will allow further experimental studies to improve individual elements of machines for root crop harvesting.

Russian. Процесс уборки картофеля и овощных культур происходит в сезонный период выпадения наибольшего количества осадков. Это усложняет очистку товарной продукции от почвенных примесей повышенной влажности, приводит к залипанию рабочей поверхности очистительных устройств и ухудшению показателей качества их работы. Проведены теоретические исследования сепарирующей системы с тепловой энергией очистки отработавших газов силовой установки по обоснованию конструктивных и технологических параметров её отдельных функционирующих элементов. Установлены зависимости по определению площади сепарирующей поверхности, представленной щелевыми очистительными рабочими органами – прутковым элеватором и очистительной звездой. Выполнено обоснование межосевого расстояния между дефлекторами, междефлекторного расстояния, межтранспортерного расстояния, а также поступательной скорости движения пруткового элеватора. Определена схема распределения тепловых потоков отработавших газов на сепарирующей поверхности машин для уборки корнеплодов и картофеля. Выполненное обоснование режимов работы и технологических параметров сепарирующей системы с теплотой отработавших газов для уборки корнеплодов и картофеля и представленная схема распределения тепловых потоков отработавших газов на сепарирующей поверхности машин позволят в дальнейшем провести экспериментальные исследования по совершенствованию отдельных элементов машин для уборки корнеклубнеплодов.
