Генотипирование свиноматок по генам гипофизарного фактора транскрипции и меланокортинового рецептора 4 в связи с репродуктивными качествами | Genotyping of sows by genes of pituitary transcription factor and melanocortin receptor 4 in connection with the reproductive qualities

English. The application of the achievements of molecular genetics and biotechnology makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the pig industry. The research to determine the relationship between the reproductive qualities of pigs and their genotypes by the genes of the pituitary transcription factor and melanocortin receptor 4 was carried out in the conditions of an industrial pig-breeding complex of the Rostov region on 24 crossbred Landrace x Yorkshire sows based on the results of all farrowing. The determination of sow genotypes by the studied genes (POU1F1, MC4R) was carried out in the laboratory for molecular diagnostics and biotechnology of farm animals. In the animals, the following indices were considered: the total number of piglets received during farrowing (heads); prolificacy (heads); the number of stillbirths (heads); the litter weight of piglets at birth (kg); fetus weight (kg); the number of piglets at weaning at the age of 28 days and their viability by weaning (heads). The allele frequency: POU1F1 - P sub(D) = 0.75, P sub(C) = 0.25; MC4R - P sub(G) = 0.625, P sub(A) = 0.375. The genotype frequency: according to the gene POU1F1 - the DD genotype - 62.5% of individuals (15 heads), the CD genotype - 25.0% (6 heads) and the CC genotype - 12.5% (3 heads); according to the MC4R gene, the GG genotype - 41.67% (10 heads), the AG genotype - 41.67% (10 heads) and the AA genotype - 16.67% (4 heads). In terms of reproductive performance (POU1F1 gene), the sows with the CD genotype - 12.32±0.38 were far ahead, the DD genotype sows were second (10.52±0.24 heads), and the CC sows were the worst (8.70±0.26 heads). Considering MC4R gene, the GG sows had the best indicators - 11.75±0.31 heads, and the animals of the AA genotype occupied an intermediate position (11.50±0.20 heads). The sows of the AG genotype were characterized by lower indicators in terms of most reproductive qualities, except for the liability of piglets at weaning (95.07%). The results obtained can be used for genotyping sows and boars by the MC4R and POU1F1 genes during targeted breeding to improve reproductive performance.

Russian. Применение достижений молекулярной генетики и биотехнологии позволяет повысить эффективность свиноводческой отрасли. Исследования по определению взаимосвязи между репродуктивными качествами свиней и их генотипами по генам гипофизарного фактора транскрипции и меланокортинового рецептора 4 проводились в условиях промышленного свинокомплекса Ростовской области на 24 помесных свиноматках ландрас х йоркшир по итогам всех опоросов. Определение генотипов маток по исследуемым генам (POU1F1, MC4R) проводили в лаборатории молекулярной диагностики и биотехнологии с.-х. животных. У животных учитывали: общее количество поросят, полученных при опоросе (гол.); многоплодие (гол.); количество мертворожденных (гол.); массу гнезда поросят при рождении (кг); крупноплодность (кг); количество поросят при отъеме в возрасте 28 дней и их сохранность к отъему (гол.). Частота аллелей генов: POU1F1 – P sub(D) = 0.75, Р sub(C) = 0.25; MC4R – P sub(G) = 0.625, Р sub(A) = 0.375. Частота генотипов: по гену POU1F1 – генотип DD – 62.5% особей (15 гол.), CD – 25.0% (6 гол.) и CC – 12.5% (3 гол.); по гену MC4R GG генотип – 41.67% (10 гол.), AG – 41.67% (10 год.) и AA – 16.67% (4 гол.). По показателям воспроизводительной продуктивности (ген POU1F1) лидировали матки генотипа CD – 12.32±0.38 гол., свиньи DD генотипа находились на 2 месте (10.52±0.24 гол.), а СС-матки оказались самыми худшими (8.70±0.26 гол.). По гену MC4R лучшими показателями обладали GG-матки – 11.75±0.31 гол., а животные генотипа АА занимали промежуточное положение (11.50±0.20 гол.). Свиньи генотипа AG характеризовались низшими показателями по большинству репродуктивных качеств, за исключением сохранности поросят к отъему (95.07%). Полученные результаты можно использовать для генотипирования маток и хряков по генам MC4R и POU1F1 при проведении направленной селекции с целью улучшения воспроизводительных показателей.
