Agroeconomical assessment of innovative technologies in sugar beet production | Агроэкономическая оценка использования инновационных технологий в свеклосахарном производстве

Russian. Представлен анализ состояния и тенденций развития производства сахарной свеклы на современном этапе в России, являющейся мировым лидером по выращиванию этой культуры. Валовой сбор сахарной свеклы в России в 2019 г. составил 54,4 млн т, что стало рекордным и привело к профициту продукции на внутреннем рынке. В 2020 г. площади под сахарную свеклу были сокращены на 19%, на фоне неблагоприятных погодных условий во многих регионах выращивания это привело к снижению валового сбора на 37%. Воронежская область по валовому производству сахарной свеклы занимает второе место в стране. По оценкам экспертов Минсельхоза России, необходимо производить 40–44 млн т сахарной свеклы. Обозначенные показатели могут быть достигнуты не только за счет расширения посевных площадей, но и роста урожайности. В современных условиях урожайность можно повысить за счет применения современных инновационных технологий, например КОНВИЗО СМАРТ, основным преимуществом которой является уменьшение количества обработок гербицидами, а также отсутствие фитотоксичного влияния на сахарную свеклу. Технология заключается в использовании СМАРТ-гибридов сахарной свеклы, устойчивых к гербициду ALS, и инновационного гербицида КОНВИЗО. Анализ данных экономической эффективности внедрения технологии КОНВИЗО СМАРТ показал, что в целом затраты на выращивание урожая в действующих ценах составляют более 144 тыс. руб./га. Однако, учитывая значительный потенциал роста урожайности, себестоимость единицы продукции будет значительно меньше, чем в среднем в с.-х. предприятиях области, в результате чего можно получить прибыль свыше 100 тыс. руб./га при уровне рентабельности более 70%.

English. There is presented an analysis of the state and trends in the development of sugar beet production at the current stage in Russia, which is the global leader in the cultivation of this crop. The gross harvest of sugar beet in Russia in 2019 amounted to 54.4 million ton, which was a record and led to a surplus in the national market. In 2020 the area under sugar beet was reduced by 19% at the background of adverse weather conditions in many cultivation regions, this led to a decrease in the gross harvest by 37%. The Voronezh region ranks second in the country in terms of gross production of sugar beet. As estimated by the experts from the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, it is necessary to produce 40-44 million t of sugar beet. The defined indicators can be achieved not only by expanding the sown areas, but also by increasing the yield. In the modern conditions the yield can be increased through the use of modern innovative technologies, such as CONVISO SMART, which main advantages are the reduction of the number of herbicide treatments and the absence of phytotoxic effect on sugar beet. The technology consists in the use of SMART sugar beet hybrids resistant to ALS herbicide and the innovative herbicide CONVISO. An analysis of the data on the economic efficiency of introducing the CONVISO SMART technology has shown that in general the cost of growing crops in current prices was more than 144 thousand rub/ha. However, taking into account the significant potential for yield growth, the unit cost of production will be significantly lower than on average in agricultural enterprises of the region, as a result of which it is possible to make a profit of more than 100 thousand rub/ha with the profitability level of more than 70%.
