ON THE PROCESS-ORIENTED MANAGEMENT OF A MINING ENTERPRISE

Each individual company competes with others for a larger part of the market. Large mining enterprises manage to achievethis, while the smaller ones cannot withstand competition and consequently leave the market. This article deals with theprerequisites for the application and role of process-oriented management tools in the activities of mining enterprises, whichallow for increasing the efficiency of activities and decisions. Under the current conditions, coal companies do not have theability to make long-term plans, therefore it must develop its own methods and management models, with the help of which itis possible to quickly assess, calculate and predict the consequences of changing demand for products and the pace ofproduction. The key trajectories of enterprise management proposed in the article provide advantages over competitiveenterprises based on a new planning system.
